The proposals comprise a new two-storey school building with a total internal area of approximately 2,237m². The ground floor includes a dining hall, kitchen, servery, grab-and-go area, offices, WCs, lobby and ancillary accommodation. The first floor includes a library, audio visual room, group activity room, four classrooms, resource space, sixth form centre and sixth form study area.

Project Timeline
The project is currently undergoing Pre-Application Community Consultation in advance of the submission of a planning application to Mid Ulster District Council.
